Job Title: Seasonal Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site, 5 days/week) from 8:30 – 5:00

The recruitment team at Scoot Education is looking for multiple enthusiastic and detail-oriented Seasonal Recruiters to support high-volume educator recruitment.
  
In this fast-paced and high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our team in hiring a large volume of educators to get ready for the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
  
You’ll work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to hit our summer hiring goals—without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview a high volume of educator candidates daily
• Review applications and conduct initial phone screens
• Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely and clear communication
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet weekly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment is strongly preferred
• Must be available Monday–Friday to work on-site in the Scoot LA office (Address: 5670 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036)
• Work an 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
